Being in love can make you feel like flying to the moon or having butterflies in the stomach. Releasing oxytocin and dopamine. Accept it as fortune, gift, and magical thing that ever happen in life.

When in disappointment or betrayal situation can cause chest burn, headache, and drain tears till your eyes sore. Releasing bunch amount of cortisol. Often associate it as unfortunate event happen in life.

Often, we judge things or events as fortune or unfortunate based on how we feel about it at the moment. What once we call it a fortune can turn into worst thing that ever happen in life, and unfortunate can lead to best thing ever. No one knows what will happen, lot of things in life are unpredictable. When thing (event) happens, process it as how we know it. As it is, not exaggerated. Don’t fly too high, don’t fall too deep.

Event I considered the most unfortunate one led me to reflect on myself, as it caused so many why(s) questions. Begin my journey to get to know myself better. Brought me to get closer to what I loved most, made me realized to what is important. Set my life prioritize. An unfortunate turned into great life lesson, it’s a fortunate.

Life is continuous journey of learning process.

If things or events being judged too fast, that will stop us from learning. See every thing or event that happen as an open door to any possibilities. Humility in the pocket.
